Good article. I’ve been using mindmaps for some time now and was trained by Tony Buzan himself! Nothing beats drawing mindmaps out on paper, but not everyone likes to do this and many people don’t like to carry a massive pad around with them either. With this in mind, there are a couple of software items that you might like to check out:
I recommend the excellent “freemind” software which runs on all platforms.
You may also like to check out “MindMeister” which runs in the cloud and is superb for working on group brainstorming if you’ve got a distributed team.
